She has led youth and adult learning programs, trained educators, and developed curricula on Jewish identity, social justice, and Bar/Bat Mitzvah education. Michal currently leads a Reform Movement community in the Megiddo Regional Council and teaches Talmud and prayer at the Reform Movement’s Mechina in Jaffa. She lives in Pardes Hanna with her husband, Itay, and their three sons.\n
