She has led youth and adult learning programs, trained educators, and developed curricula on Jewish identity, social justice, and Bar/Bat Mitzvah education. Michal currently leads a Reform Movement community in the Megiddo Regional Council and teaches Talmud and prayer at the Reform Movement’s Mechina in Jaffa.
