- Opening Our Hearts: A Special In-Person Mindfulness Meditation Sit
- Join Rabbi Goldstein for a loving-kindness practice designed to open our hearts and extend kindness to ourselves and others. No meditation experience necessary. All are welcome.
- 10:30 a.m. - 11:45 a.m.
- Prayer Lab: Whole-Heartedness
- Join Lucy Greenbaum, Rabbi Goldstein, the Prayer Lab musicians, and special guest Rabbi Noah Diamondstein for a very special Shabbat morning service combining contemporary readings, poetry, participatory music, interactive teachings, and time set aside for meditation and personal reflection.

- Lunch 'n Learn with Rabbi Noah Diamondstein
- Join the community for a delicious Shabbat lunch as Rabbi Diamondstein leads us in a learning session on Jewish Lessons for Heart and Soul. The cost for lunch is $18 and registration for the Lunch ân Learn is required.
