The More You Know: Understanding What’s on the November Ballot & More
Tuesday, September 29 at 7 p.m.
The upcoming November 3 election will include several important ballot measures that could significantly impact Missourians:
- Amendment 3 would repeal the reproductive-rights amendment approved by Missouri voters in 2024 and again ban abortion in almost all cases, while also placing a ban on gender affirming medications and surgeries for minors into the state constitution.
- The redistricting referendum and the Respect MO Voters initiative petition, which affects Missouri’s citizen initiative process.
Join the Voting Rights Committee as Dr. David Eisenberg, Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology and Chief of the Division of Complex Family Planning at WashU Medicine, helps us understand Amendment 3. If the referendum and/or the Respect MO Voters initiative are on the ballot, Jon Schmid, ACLU-MO Policy Counsel, will help us understand those measures.
Gain the knowledge you need to make an informed decision on these important ballot measures before you enter the voting booth.
